Returns and Refunds Policy
Logan Wolf ARTS – Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at LoganWolfARTS. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
I accept returns under very specific circumstances. Such are:
-The item(s) (not the box) arrived damaged, broken or torn.
-You received the wrong item(s).
-The item(s) (not the box) is(are) in unacceptable conditions, such as dirty, moist, with fungi or any other unexpected alteration.
-That you contact me within 5 days of delivery.
-That you deliver the item and cover all shipping costs within 7 days of delivery.
I do NOT accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized Items.
-Items on Sale.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it, assess and notify you that I have received your return item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the return item.
In the case that your order is eligible for a refund, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Only within three hours of the purchase can you contact me to cancel your order. After that, it has been processed in my system and the packaging process has begun, as special packages have to be made from scratch for many items.
