Returns and Refunds Policy
Thanks for shopping at LoganWolfARTS. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
I accept returns under very specific circumstances. Such are:
-The item(s) (not the box) arrived damaged, broken or torn.
-You received the wrong item(s).
-The item(s) (not the box) is(are) in unacceptable conditions, such as dirty, moist, with fungi or any other unexpected alteration.
-That you contact me within 5 days of delivery.
-That you deliver the item and cover all shipping costs within 7 days of delivery.
I do NOT accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized Items.
-Items on Sale.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it, assess and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund only after inspecting the returned item.
In the case that your order is eligible for a refund, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. This will determine how long until you receive said refund.
Third party physical items (Amazon, Printful, etc) must be handled with the third party in question and in accordance to their policies.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s) in question. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Cancelations are possible but a fee will be charged depending on when the request was made.
48 hours have passed since the order was made: 15% penalty.
3 Days or less before due date: 30% penalty.
Due date before preview is sent to client: 60% penalty.
Once the preview is sent to client: 80% penalty.
To cancel your order, send an email to Logan@LoganWolfARTS.com explaining why you wish to cancel and an email from me will be sent within 24 hours with details on cancelation. If a penalty is aplicable, an new invoice or receipt will be sent with penalty and the reimbursement details, if aplicable.
