How we handle your orders.
Thank you for visiting and shopping at LoganWolfARTS. I am located in the Dominican Republic and have various methods for shipping domestically and internationally. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute LWA’s Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with the exception of custom orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If I’m experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is certainty of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates.
Shipping and handling charges for all deliveries (meaning domestic or or international) are:
Once your order is ready, domestic deliveries are commonly same day delivery, with few exceptions. I do not offer expedited delivery for international shipments, with the exception of wholesale orders, if requested and if available. Next day delivery is not available for international orders.

These rates may vary depending on my location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. These fees include packaging, shipping and handling.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
LoganWolfARTS ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. This does not apply to domestic shipments in the Dominican Republic.
Shipment confirmation and Order tracking.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (and call when applicable) once your order has shipped, containing your package information for domestic shipments and a tracking number for international shipments.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). LoganWolfARTS is not responsible for delays due to customs.
LoganWolfARTS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, box and item(s), due to bad handling during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filling a claim.
